How should I care for my Rocio?
Our bags are designed to accompany you for the long term and be treasured for the generations to come. In order to ensure your Rocio bag will always look its best we ask that you please handle it with care.
Just a few simple steps to enjoy your Rocio for a lifetime.
- Always gently wipe moisture from the bag with a soft cotton cloth to avoid watermarks on the attractive and protective lacquer finish.
- NEVER use chemical cleansers,course cloths or harsh soaps.
- To help your bag retain its sheen , we recommend using a small amount of wax applied & removed with a soft clean microfiber or cotton cloth.
- When you are not showing off your Rocio bag, keep it safe inside its protective dust bag.
- Store your bag away from direct sunlight or heaters to protect the natural oils that are an integral ingredient in our materials. Moderate room temperature is best for longevity.
- Most of all, like any handmade product, misuse can result in unsightly scratches and nicks, so always handle your bag with extra care!

We ship worldwide. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you!
How much does shipping cost?
We offer complimentary express shipping for all orders. Our shipping is handled by DHL.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
No, we cover duties and taxes for shipments to all countries. You won't pay additional fees beyond the product price!
When will my bag ship?
We want you to have your new Rocio as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed (or if it’s a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page).
How long until my product arrives?
Delivery takes between 2-5 business days depending on your location.. You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.
Where do you ship from?
All our orders are shipped to you directly from our design studios in Scotland, United Kingdom.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14 day returns policy. Your satisfaction is of great value to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your goods, simply return them to us within this time for a full refund. For more information on our returns policy please visit our returns page.
Please note, final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The costs associated with the return are at the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice.
When will I receive my refund?
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method, you will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
If the order is refused at delivery, you will be responsible for any shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred in the items’ return. Accordingly, any incurred cost will automatically be deducted from your refund.

ROCIO handbags and clutches are beautifully packed in our branded gift boxes and are shipped from our offices in Scotland, UK.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
