Shipping & Delivery

ROCIO handbags and clutches are beautifully packed in our branded gift boxes and are shipped from our offices and logistics warehouse in Scotland, UK.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order. An estimated delivery time for your order will be available to view upon checkout. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.

Please note all orders will require a signature on delivery.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES UK SHIPPING

In certain circumstances if the first delivery attempt to your specified address in the UK fails, you may be notified by Royal Mail or DHL that your order is available to collect from your local Access Point location. Please follow the instructions on the card provided by Royal Mail/DHL and contact customerservice@rocio.co.uk if you require further information. The availability of this service is not guaranteed and is subject to restrictions.

OVERSEAS SHIPMENTS

Shipments to the following countries are subject to strict controls by local customs authorities and as a result delays may occur for reasons outside of our control.

Australia, South Korea, Qatar and Turkey.

Presently we are unable to ship orders directly to the Russian Federation.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs or any duties/taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.

IMPORTANT: We ship under the terms of DAP (Delivered at Place). Customers are responsible for the payment of any import duties and clearance taxes incurred once the shipment has arrived at the destination country. Refusal to pay the imposed tax/duty OR if the product is returned due to absence of recipient, will result in a return shipping fee that will be deducted from the original payment and refund, along with any duties and taxes incurred.
